Congratulations to Cami and Unifor Local 88 on your well deserved award at the United Way Oxford Campaign Celebration last week.
GM Cami and Unifor Local 88 have once again demonstrated what true partnership looks like, earning them this year’s Joint Management and Labour Award! Their deep-rooted commitment to United Way dates back to 1989, and they continue to set the standard for workplace engagement and community support.
This year, they took their involvement even further. Through an in-person Seeing is Believing Tour in Ingersoll, they gave their team a firsthand look at the organizations benefiting from their support. They also brought energy and friendly competition to Coldest Night of the Year, proving that when it comes to giving back, they don’t just talk the talk—they walk the walk!
Beyond fundraising, they create real opportunities for their team to give back, championing volunteerism and ensuring employees have access to valuable community resources. Their commitment makes a lasting impact, and we are so grateful to be part of their extended family.
