It’s weekly roundup time, Grand Bend and Lambton Shores.
The weekend is shaping up with live music, food, film, markets, motorsports, karaoke, concerts, patios, pubs, nightlife, and plenty of reasons to get out around Grand Bend, Forest, Port Franks, Thedford, Parkhill, Zurich, and everywhere in between.
Friday, May 29
Start the weekend strong — Grand Bend and the surrounding area have a little bit of everything Friday night.
Grand Bend Motorplex has Friday Night Anything Goes Test & Tune from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with street cars, race cars, motorcycles, grudge runs, and plenty of action at the track.
Grand Bend Place - Centre for the Living Arts hosts Denise Pelley: The Wonder of Stevie at 7:00 p.m., bringing a full live concert experience to Main Street.
The Grand Bend Legion keeps it classic with the Meat Draw at 5:00 p.m. and Karaoke at 7:00 p.m.
Torched Brewing Company is open Friday evening until 9:00 p.m., making it a great local craft beer stop before or after your plans.
And if you’re out Port Franks way, Grog's Pub and Grill has trivia listed at 7:00 p.m.

Bad Apple Brewing Company Ltd. has live music with Leavin’ Tracks from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Torched Brewing Company is hosting live music with Mike Brunelle Jr from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Grog's Pub and Grill has Mark Moran listed for Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m., making it a great Port Franks/Thedford-area stop.
Dave's Pub & Grill at Oakwood Resort has Saturday night live music at 7:00 p.m.
The Grand Bend Legion is hosting its Hello Summer Dinner upstairs at 5:15 p.m., with tickets listed at $30.
Sunday, May 31
The Pinery Market runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with vendors, food, shopping, and that classic cottage-country market feel.
The Lambton Film & Food Festival continues Sunday at Kineto Theatre in Forest Ontario Theatre in Forest, with screenings throughout the day.
It’s also a great day for a patio, a local lunch, a brewery stop, or a relaxed ride around Grand Bend, Port Franks, Forest, Zurich, or Lambton Shores.
