Good day everyone,
It is with genuine sadness that we have come to this decision, but effective as of today, we will no longer be able to provide regular nighttime taxi services to our community after 8pm. This was not an easy choice, and one that was made only after careful consideration.
We will continue to offer after hours services to Oram’s Personal Care Homes and for medical necessities, such as Hospital discharges, that are needed outside of our regular operating hours.
Also, we will continue with our commitment to Air Cadets and any weddings that are booked.
We are extremely grateful for our staff, who give their time, energy, and dedication every single day. Unfortunately, this particular service has become a responsibility that we are unable to consistently and promptly staff, and we firmly believe that our community deserves reliable, high-quality service at all times.
Given that we are currently unable to meet that standard, we feel it is both respectful and responsible to step away from this service for the time being. Should circumstances change in the future, we would be more than happy to re-evaluate this decision.
