The marine industry is stronger when built on partnerships, shared expertise, and collaboration.

That’s what brought industry leaders together this week at the Shipping Federation of Canada Annual Conference in Montréal, where discussions focused on the outlook for international shipping and global trade.

The Seaway connects Canada and the Great Lakes to the world, and opportunities like this are invaluable for engaging with stakeholders from across the shipping sector.

🚢 Sharing the Welland Canal Story
Guides and staff from the St. Catharines Museum & Welland Canals Centre visited the Niagara Operations Centre for a behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about our operations.

As such an important part of Niagara’s history and landscape, the Welland Canal continues to shape our region, and the museum plays a key role in sharing that story every day. The group was incredibly engaged, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine interest throughout the visit.

We’re grateful for this partnership and excited to continue building on it together.
