To Our Valued Passengers:
Bell City Cabs and Brant Taxi are currently experiencing a technical issue with our texting provider. If you are attemtping to book a ride with us via TEXT, we can receive your messages but are unable to reply. Please bare with us as we work with our provider to resolve this issue. We will keep you posted as to when this issue has been resolved.
In the meantime, our regular phone system is still running. You can call us at (519) 752-1010 or (519) 759-1300 to book your ride.

During these difficult times we are asking for everybody’s cooperation to help keep our drivers and fellow passengers safe.

Effective immediately we are restricting passengers to sitting in the back seats only. You will see signage on the passenger side window directing you that way.

When you order your taxi you will be asked how many people will be travelling to ensure there is enough capacity with this policy change. We are restricting passenger numbers to a maximum of 3 people for sedans and 5 people for minivans.

We ask that you don’t give the drivers a hard time with this policy change. It’s being implemented with everyone’s health and safety in mind.

Before you order a taxi please ask yourself these five question’s.

1. Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
2. Are you experiencing the symptoms of the virus or are you awaiting test results?
3. Have you been asked by the government to self-isolate or quarantine?
4. Has a member of your household been asked by the government to self-isolate or quarantine?
5. Have you traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

If you answer yes to any of these questions then we please ask you to refrain from ordering a taxi, for everyone’s health and safety.
