Are you a winch hand… or just really good at talking about it in the lunch room?
Can you back up without blaming the spotter?
Can you chain up without a 45-minute motivational speech?
Do you treat equipment better than your in-laws treat you?

If you answered “yes” to at least two of those… we should probably talk.

What we need:

✔ Valid Class 1 license (not “my buddy says I can drive”)
✔ 3+ years experience – Skills matter. Attitude matters more. Ego? Not so much.
✔ Clean driver’s abstract – If it looks like a NASCAR stat sheet, we’re out.
✔ Common sense – We know… rare these days.
✔ Shows up on time – It’s a job, not a suggestion.
✔ Can run a winch without turning it into a YouTube fail video
✔ Takes care of equipment like it signs your paycheck (because it does)
