Another truck done for !

This truck got the whole package. New lights all around, rub rail wrap, SS wrap on the rear end, all new interior lights, and a new Dhollandia lift gate!

It's been a while since posting on Facebook, we've been so busy getting work done we forgot to share it!! Here are some pics of a 24' flatbed we recently fabricated and installed for a customer; we removed his existing dry freight box and re-used the liftgate with the deck.

This old trailer got a bit of a spring cleaning. We removed the old rail/column lift off the back end and installed a new dhollandia sm.20. Once the railgate came off we realized the back end was chewed up quite a bit more than we anticipated, so with a little torching and alot of grinding we removed the existing light guards and supports and rebuilt it. Nothing like a rainy day, outdoor project.

A customer got his rear end in a twist. Turns out pushing a fully loaded 53' trailer with a loader doesn't always work well. A bunch of cutting and a whole lot of welding on the aluminum frame and it's almost ready to be put back together.

Here we added some steps to a customer's dump box to make it easier to get in and out; it's nice being able to work outside in February!

With winter (hopefully) winding down, your equipment has probably seen more than its fair share of salt and road debris, which causes serious corrosion. We haven't posted on Facebook much, lately, not because we have nothing to post, but because we've been too busy! This here is deck 2/2, a 26' long all aluminum framed flatbed for our neighbors down the road, Frontier Transportation Services Inc.. Although aluminum is much more temperamental than steel and requires more prep, it weighs much less than a comparative steel deck, and with no finishing will outlast steel as well. (the last photo is the first deck we finished) We'll continue posting pictures of the progress to show what we can do, even in a little shop!
