🚀 Growing Within Move Intermodal 🚀

Hi there, Pauline here from Move Intermodal! 👋
Almost 6 years ago, I started my journey as an International Management Trainee… and what a ride it has been. Let me take you on my Move train 🚆
During my 2,5-year traineeship, I had the opportunity to get to know the entire company and contribute to several company-wide projects. Along the way, I discovered my passion for operations, problem-solving, and project management.

Together with Move, we saw the need for a new role: Operations Engineer. In this position, I continued working on projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, increasing revenue, and enhancing quality 📈
But let’s be honest: real change never happens alone. Teamwork makes the magic happen ✨That’s why I’m incredibly proud that our team has continued to grow over the years. Together, we challenge processes, drive improvements, and create impact every single day.

Looking back on my journey, I feel beyond grateful for all the opportunities Move has given me. And yes, I’m also proud of myself for stepping up, taking chances, and making change happen 💪
So, my advice to everyone out there: Be the change you wish to see in the world.

I’m excited for the next steps we’ll take as a team and as a company. Meanwhile, I’ll be focusing on my newest and most special project yet: growing and nurturing a tiny little version of myself 🤍👶
