Last week Husk launched a test pilot to bring kids with special needs faster to their school. Usually, they stay in the bus for around 2 hours for each trip, which is a burden for themselves as well as the parents and the school. 😞

Together we wanted to show that solutions do exist. By reducing the travel time kids arrive with a fresh mind at school or back home to still enjoy some quality time with their parents. ❤️

Job Summary:

En tant qu’Agent/Dispatcher chez Husk, tu auras pour responsabilité le bon déroulement du dispatching des véhicules demandés par nos Clients B2B et B2C, l’excellent contact avec ces mêmes Clients (Téléphone, email et chat) et nos Chauffeurs. Une panoplie d’autres tâches de support t’attendent, dans le domaine de la mobilité, afin que tu ne t’ennuies jamais ! Tu seras multi-skills et multilingue. A la fois opérationnel, support et commercial. Un Husker (Ou Husky?) à part entière !

Agent/Dispatcher Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Master the dispatching processes
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails with a massive smile
· Resolve customer complaints
· Upsell whenever appropriate
· Identify and escalate issues to Management
· Provide Service information to customers
· Research required information using available resources
· Follow up customer calls where necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Agent/Dispatchers Qualifications and Skills:

· Deep interest in mobility
· Customer minded
· Team Player
· Autonomous in everything you undertake
· Comfortable in FR-NL-EN
· You like working on several screens with multiple programs at the same time
· Stress resistant
· You can handle a call and use your fingers at the same time
· Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
