TRANSPORT TRUCK ALLOCATOR
Location: Albion Park
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Truck Allocator to manage and coordinate our Transport fleet consisting of Truck and Dog Tippers and Pneumatic Tankers. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient fleet operation, maximising utilisation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
🔘 Plan and allocate trucks and drivers according to delivery schedules and load requirements.
🔘 Communicate with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.
🔘 Monitor vehicle movements and address delays or route changes.
🔘 Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
🔘 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, loads, and fleet status.
🔘 Resolve any logistical or service-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
🔘 Previous experience in transport allocation, dispatch, or logistics coordination.
🔘 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
🔘 Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
🔘 Proficiency with transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
🔘 Knowledge of road transport regulations and compliance requirements.
