We've been made aware that individuals are contacting people and businesses across Australia offering transport quotes, booking forms, and sharing insurance documentation using First Choice Couriers' name and ABN without our knowledge or authorisation.

These approaches have been made using variations of our name, and have come through freight and transport groups on Facebook.

We are not involved in any of these communications, and no genuine quote from us will come from anyone but our verified contact channels.

Tomorrow, 7th December 2024, marks an extraordinary milestone: 25 years since the incorporation of First Choice Couriers. We're thrilled to congratulate our CEO & Founder, Lou, on this incredible achievement! While we know Lou will be squirming as he reads this (he's not one to seek the spotlight), this moment truly deserves to be celebrated.

It all began 25 years ago, with Lou's vision to connect Wollongong to the rest of Australia. Armed with a van and a small warehouse tucked behind another, he set out to redefine what exceptional transport services in our region could look like.

Today, First Choice Couriers stands as a testament to Lou's unwavering determination, with expanded services, a growing fleet, and multiple sites. His commitment to excellence has always centred on making our customers' and team members' First Choice, the Best Choice.

Congratulations Lou, on this remarkable journey and for leading us to where we are today. Here's to the past 25 years and the many more to come!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new website as part of our brand refresh!

Earlier this year, we started our refresh journey by focusing on the extraordinary people who deliver our excellent transport solutions. Now, we've taken it a step further with a complete website makeover.

Our new site showcases our refreshed brand elements and highlights the incredible team behind our exceptional transport and logistics services. At First Choice Couriers, we celebrate our people, partners, customers, and communities. Our website reflects our growth from a man and a van to the multi-site, multidimensional transport network we are today.

This is a significant milestone in our journey. We invite you to be a part of it - click the link to explore our new website!
