Although in average shape at the beginning of the restoration, the Dodge has been shredded from 1994 to current, with not as much rust as would be expected. Rust removed and replaced with zinc plated steel.
Everything has been restored, replaced, or rebuilt, with no expense spared.

The tray body was rebuilt, sand blasted, undercoat protection and re-painted. All new LED lights and wiring. There is a tool box mounted on each side, (two tool boxes).
Seven new 7.50/16 tyres, with chrome drive hub covers, and chrome wheel nut covers.
Pressed stainless guards surround the drive axle, to replicate the original chrome guards that were custom made back in the day.
The interior has a custom made padded overhead console, colour coordinated, housing new UHF and radio/CD player with Bluetooth compatibility and flush mounted speakers. Accompanying the overhead console, is a colour matching pressed stud hood lining, new floor covering and reupholstered bench seat.
External sun visor, air horns and roof lights, with new stainless style west coast mirrors, boasting their own clearance lights, with hand scrolled lines, completes the cab.
The bull bar has been taken back to bare steer, repainted, with all new LED and driving lights. The bull bar, basically has not been modified, as it tells the story of an eighteen-year-old who built it in his back shed.
The little Dodge of low kilometres has allot of history, featuring in Truckin’Life magazine in 1989, as well as being a well-known Gippsland truck.
