We need your help to quote & book jobs, give amazing customer experience and win the deals. 
Our Moving & Storage company is expanding, and we want to be well known in Sydney for it’s customer service and work quality.
We have earned our reputation as high-class customer service and excellent work quality service provider. We are planning to start commercial field working with several furniture and event companies, Interior designers, property stylists and commercial fit out companies
About your duties:
Your day will include answering calls, quoting jobs and establishing new relationships with potential clients. We are looking for somebody with Business Development and or sales experience; to establish new relationships and develop our residential removals and storage part of the business. Daily sales targets & meeting KPI’s are key to ensure we hit our sales and growth targets.
We are expanding our already growing residential/commercial client base, and are looking for a business development, sales executive to help grow the residential/commercial side of the business.
Your Profile:
Experience in similar results/target driven sales role. Would be preferred but not essential.
Experienced user of CRM systems or job management systems. Would be preferred but not essential.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong team player with the ability to take ownership of their role
Solid experience in sales; experience in transport/logistics industry is well regarded but not necessary, we can train you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop new business opportunities
Call customers/clients and ensure follow up are actioned within stringent time frames
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets & KPI’s
Manage a close working relationship between sales and operations
Manage personal CRM system and the initiative to succeed autonomously
Strong attention to detail
Customer service skills to be able to build trusting relationships
