🚖 Thank You, Blaxland!

Since launching our Blaxland service in April, we've been overwhelmed by the support from the local community. Thank you for choosing Springwood Taxis and helping us re-establish a reliable, traditional taxi service in the area.
From Wednesday, 1 July 2026, we're expanding our Blaxland service hours!
🕘 Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
During these hours, simply call (02) 4751 1444 to book your taxi, with no out-of-area surcharge.
Travelling after 7:00 pm or on weekends?
We're still available! Book by calling (02) 4751 1444. An out-of-area booking fee of up to $15 may apply to booked fares only if there isn't already a taxi in the Blaxland area.
✅ Remember:
• No booking fees for street hails.
• No booking fees for hails from the taxi rank.
• Taxi fares are regulated by the NSW Government and are not subject to surge pricing. For detailed fare information, please visit the Transport for NSW website.
We're committed to growing our service and will continue reviewing our operating hours as demand warrants.

Looking to Earn Some Extra Income?
Do you enjoy working with customers and have a patient, friendly manner?
Springwood Taxis is currently seeking part-time Taxi Drivers to join our team.
Requirements:
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Minimum 5 years driving experience in Australia with a good licence history
• Ability to obtain a Police Check clearance
• Able to work as part of a team
• Demonstrate duty of care and responsibility when driving — our drivers are the face of our company
What We Offer:
• Training provided
• Flexible shifts
• Modern vehicles
• No cab rental fees
• No fuel bills
• Minimum shift earnings program (conditions apply)

🚖 Blaxland is getting a taxi service again!

We recognise that it has been some time since residents in Blaxland and the surrounding areas have had access to a dependable taxi service that is not subject to the uncertainties of surge pricing.

Springwood Taxis is pleased to announce that we will be introducing interim taxi services to the Blaxland area over the coming weeks.

Initially, services will operate on an interim schedule, with taxis available from the Blaxland Taxi Rank as well as through phone bookings via the Springwood Taxis phone number 02 47511444.

Starting 7th April 2026 we will have a car operating in the Blaxland Area Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

During these specified hours there is no added out of area surcharge for bookings in the Blaxland area.

For times outside of these interim operating hours there may be an out of area charge added.

We appreciate the community’s understanding as we move forward into providing a reliable traditional taxi service to the Blaxland community and will be looking to review the operating hours and services coverage in line with uptake and feedback from the Blaxland community.
