On the 15th of December we quietly celebrated our 30th year in business….
We started our journey with the first truck… An Acco 1850D…she was called Molly (the mountain goat) Dan took her places no truck should have ever gone.
Big thanks to Kenny Sweetman. He gave us the first start in business, trusted us with his loads and gave us many directions like “turn left where the stockyards used to be”.
No phone service in the hills ….
But a true gentleman in business. And for that we will always be grateful.
Our business lives are filled with chaos and madness .. tears and laughter.
Just want to thank some special people in our journey…
Rodney Fullford … our very first employee and thankyou for making us want to employ more .
Ion McPherson….you tought me (Kellie) how to do the cool stuff! Prep and paint… didn’t once question why a woman was down there and doing that.
Noel Fairley… a man who hooked in and we will appreciate all you did for us .
Bruce Barrance … an absolute legend in our lives. He gave us one of our first credit accounts when we started in business…But when someone walks into your business and asks you for a job…. He became family and that is something we will cherish forever and we miss him dearly.
Donny Robins…. The Duck Man . An amazing human. Tough as nails
and honourable.
Liss… the heart of our office and our lives for 16 years.🩷🩷🩷
And not to forget Dan - the man that keeps the wheels turning every day. 🚚🚚🚚
