We understand delays are frustrating, especially when you just want to get home from a session at the pub.

But abusing our staff, driver and dispatch centre is never ok. Threatening the driver is not ok. Telling our dispatch centre operators to f*ck off, screaming at our operator and following up with a sexually suggestive threat is also never ok. All of our calls are recorded. Our vehicles are also equipped with a variety of technology to protect staff and passengers.

Mid evening delays yesterday were caused by an earlier prior serious incident that involved a police report and response to protect a local resident from harm.

We will do our best to get you where you want to go in a timely and safe manner - but please treat the team with respect.

We have updated our hours, pricing and terms for the Peterborough Taxi for 2026:

Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm
Friday & Saturday 9am - Midnight
Sunday 10am - 8pm

Transport is available outside of these hours on a 24hr pre-booked basis to provide for transport to/from the bus depot etc.

Our fixed fares within the Peterborough township will be $12, to take effect from Monday 5 January.

Accounts and pay later options are no longer available - all taxi services must be paid for at the time. All outstanding accounts need to be paid by 16 January.
