*** 22 PALLET JUMBO PREMIUM BODY ***

Working in with managing director Steele from Jolly & Sons Pty ltd, we have built a 22pallet Jumbo Premium body that has had a few minor design changes to suit their requirements & includes: Full-width rear floor drains, double racking + load restraint & recessed rear evap with protection cage. The refrigerated unit installed is a multi-temp from https://www.tkwest.com.au/ & has gone the Precedent & this looks fantastic !!

What makes this trailer unique is the fact that we have completed a body swap onto an existing chassis where the old body was no longer performing as it should & repair cost would exceed the replacing the body, this means he is saving on BIG $$$ doing the build this way & is something for all refrigerated companies/ owners to think ways to increase savings when purchasing trailers. Steele had got the chassis cleaned & resprayed ready for this install.

Stay Cool Trucks is super happy about this build & keep your eye out for this one doing the runs up & down the WA coastline.

Wow Deano is on fire!! This is his second built body on the way out the door in the last few weeks!!

Stay Cool’s 3 Pallet Premium body is one of Dean’s purpose-built bodies for his long-term client who have asked for things to be simple but precise for their day-to-day deliveries.

Included in this build has a fixed internal bulkhead with a single side door to access their hand stacked loads with some standard features including a 200mm rear bumper + docking robbers & rear driver assist handles.

Need to also say a BIG THANKS to the boys at TRACS (Garry & Bob) for helping me out & collecting Deans newly built vehicle, this heads back to have the final components installed & that’s the well-known City Max 400.

Stay Cool Trucks formed a relationship with Truck Freezer Rentals on our opening day back in May 2001. Truck Freezer Rentals have been trading for over 35 years & have always been driven to offer their clients the best services WA has to offer & this is a lot! Anyone who has been associated or done business with Dean knows that he is a man of his word. Dean will always give 100% to ensure his huge range of clients are looked after. It is great to see our PREMIUM bodies now being a part of the extensive supply chain to one of the best food suppliers in Australia, BIDFOOD www.bidfood.com.au This company has been around for decades & has been very successful in servicing the Australia food industry. Stay Cool Trucks has been repairing & building for Bidfood Australia for the last 10 years.

The Stay Cool team would like to say thank you PAS Carrieri, for his efforts in supporting local manufacturers who are also supporting WA’s forever growing small & large businesses that work together when building for our clients who expect the best.

Build spec: Bidfood has received an 8 PALLET PREMIUM BODY which includes 2 x rows of load lock plus load bars, a side door with fixed cradle step. Also, installed for wall protection was an upgrade to the internal kick panels by having galvanised steel joining the walls & floor. The body has included an internal stainless steel HD double sliding gliding system that includes 3mm PVC curtains, this will help to divide their loads. Ian Sinclair from PCD Pearl Coast Distributors www.pearlcoastdistributors.com.au has purchased a few of our Premium Truck Bodies & now Ian has gone for the new CLASSIC 14 Pallet Freezer Body that, again, he has designed it to suit the runs in Broome WA.

Ian decided to install a wind deflector / service platform to the cab on his chassis & Stay Cool Trucks is working with Nigel at Aeroz www.aerozproducts.com.au who designs & supply a full range of fuel saving scoops that make a huge change in running cost for the vehicles & we all know with the price of fuel, we all want to be saving money.

This CLASSIC BODY has installed a Thermo King T-1090 dual zone, supplied & installed by Steve Da Rui, who is the General Manager & has been servicing WA for many years. We couldn’t be any prouder of these 2 apprentices! Both boys have been trained under the eagle eyes of Chris & Wayne who are highly skilled in the VSB for manufacturing, modifications & repairing processes. Both Callum & Kye, have proved themselves to be a valuable asset for the team from the huge range of duties that they achieve on a daily basis. ------Stay Cool has Produced 2 custom built 10-pallet CLASSIC freezer vans-------

Busselton Freight Services has been a long-term client for as many years as we can remember, around 18 to 20 years! They always want the highest quality-built bodies available on the market & know what they require to build to suit the driver’s delivery schedule. http://busseltonfreight.com.au/

On these bodies, 2 personal side doors have been installed. This includes galvanised recessed hardware and the 2-step fold-out configuration under each door. They have gone for the 2400 x 5mm full galvanised steel plate at the rear that will reduce damage from loading on either dock or rear loading. The rear roller door system is a 65mm Polar Guard & one of the best systems available in today’s market.

The body was mounted on a Perth Fuso Fighter supplied by Daimler Trucks & salesperson involved is Lance Annan who is always following up on behalf of his clients to get the latest progress updates. https://www.daimlertrucksperth.com.au/

Next stop they head to TK-West https://www.tkwest.com.au/ where they will have T-1200R installed & a tail lifter to complete the package, it's always great to work with these companies during the building process.

Keep an eye out for these 2 vehicles, once the vehicles have the signage installed, they will look fantastic & the BFS graphic designs are a work of art!!
