🎉 100 Years Young – Happy Birthday, Beryl! 🎉

Earlier this week, we had the absolute privilege of celebrating a truly incredible milestone with one of our beautiful clients, Beryl, as she turned 100 years old! 💐💛

The day started with birthday songs as we picked her up, followed by some very important birthday accessories, her very own Daisy chauffeur, tiara, sash, and balloons fit for the occasion! 👑🎈

We then had the joy of escorting Beryl to Hope Cottage Nelson Bay, where she faithfully volunteers each week. It was so special to stay and help the Hope Cottage family honour and celebrate such an extraordinary woman and this incredible milestone.

100 years of life, wisdom, kindness, and community — what a legacy.

Beryl, you are truly one of a kind, and it is such a blessing to know you. Thank you for letting us be part of your special day. ❤️

Today is World Bee Day 🐝

Bees play an important role in keeping our communities and environment thriving, often through the small, consistent work that happens quietly in the background.

What a fantastic afternoon at the 2026 Port Stephens Support Services & Community Connections event!

We loved meeting so many wonderful people from across the Port Stephens community and having meaningful conversations about how Driving Miss Daisy can help people stay independent, connected, active, and engaged in their community. 💜

It was also great to connect with other local organisations and services, sharing ideas and exploring ways we can support each other to better assist the people in our region.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat, and to Tomaree Neighbourhood Centre & Tomaree High School for organising today.

We’re looking forward to building more community connections and continuing to support people to live life their way.
