We are on a hunt for a Depot Manager in Albany with our current manager due to retire in September.

This depot is well established and has a team of people there to support our overnight freight operation and local distribution needs. This includes:
- Operations Supervisor
- Operations/administration support
- Van drivers x 2
- Truck drivers x 6
- Crane truck drivers x 2
- HC/MC drivers x 2
Our CTI Regional Freight network consists of company owned and run depots in Broome, Karratha, Port Hedland, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Bunbury and Hazelmere. We are part of the CTI Logistics group, a WA based publicly listed company which has been operating for over 50 years.
This role would be suited to a hands-on manager responsible for the day-to-day local operation which consists of:
✅ ensuring the unloading of daily linehaul services ex Perth are completed safely and efficiently
✅ ensuring accurate sorting scanning and loading out of local delivery runs consisting of cartons, skids and palletised freight
✅ ensuring staff are using our transport management system to record exceptions and deal with queries
✅ manage the staff, fleet and equipment - inductions, training, safety and maintenance
The person we are looking for will need to have, as a minimum, a current forklift ticket, preferably a HR/HC license and the ability to communicate effectively with the staff, customers, our Perth operation, and has a strong focus on safety.
