🚨 New Road Rule Alert - Victoria 🚨

From July 1st, road rule 79A is officially in effect across Victoria.

Drivers must now slow down to 40km/h when passing any stationary or slow-moving vehicle with flashing yellow, red, or blue lights – this includes tow trucks, road workers, emergency services, and breakdown response vehicles.

This rule aims to reduce the risk to roadside workers and improve safety on our roads. It’s a huge step forward in protecting the people who work just metres from live traffic every day.

Let’s all do our part – slow down, move over, and help keep everyone safe.

We’re proud to have played a part in the inception of road rule 79A and look forward to seeing improved safety conditions for our staff and others working on the roads. It’s a big win for the industry and a step in the right direction. (Spot our red F Truck on all the promotional material!)
