We are hoping you are all keeping well in these sad and uneasy times.

But.......Spring is tomorrow!! ☀️🌼🌹

We want to encourage all of you to get out for an hours worth of exercise a day. 🏃🏻🚶🏻‍♀️On the days you don’t feel like it are the most important days to get moving! 💪🏼

As things don’t look like improving anytime soon, we are selling one of our vans it’s in great condition, and would also make a great family vehicle for those with lots of kids, asking price $45k has done 116000km
