What an incredible afternoon at the Port of Melbourne Industry Boat Tour ⛴️

A fantastic opportunity for our My Freight Career trainees to experience Australia’s largest container and general cargo port from a completely different perspective and gain valuable industry insight outside the office.

Seeing the trainees engage with the operations, ask questions, and connect their learning to real-world logistics and supply chain activities was incredibly rewarding. Experiences like these are such an important part of developing the next generation of industry professionals.

A special thank you as well to the captain and crew for taking the time to share additional insights with our trainees throughout the tour — it was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more memorable.

MFC Directors Joe and Josephine attended the @ Conference in Hobart last week, representing the My Freight Career team alongside industry leaders from across Australia’s freight forwarding and logistics sector.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with clients, meet with some of our graduate trainees working in leadership roles now, and gain insights into the latest trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the future of international freight and supply chain operations.

Safety in the transport industry is everyone’s responsibility. Under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), every party in the supply chain must understand their Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.

TLIF0009 – Ensure the Safety of Transport Activities is a nationally recognised training course designed by My Freight Career (RTO 90489) for drivers, schedulers, fleet managers, dispatch staff and anyone involved in heavy vehicle transport operations.

Delivered as an interactive online course, it can be completed anywhere, anytime, and at your own pace, giving you a thorough understanding and appreciation of your legal obligations when applying CoR in the workplace.
