Today we pause to recognise the strength, resilience and love of those living with Alzheimer’s, along with the families, carers and support networks walking alongside them.


At Driving Miss Daisy Lakes Entrance, we understand that familiar faces, patience and kindness can make all the difference. Our Daisies will pick you up from your front door, accompany you throughout your trip and bring you back to your door when you’re ready to go home.


All our Daisies are certified as Friends of Dementia, giving them the knowledge and confidence to offer meaningful support to those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

AFL Preliminary Final – Hawks vs Cats!

It’s a big night of footy with the Hawks taking on the Cats at the MCG!
In true Daisy spirit, even our team is divided – Dallas will be cheering loudly for the Hawks, while Elizabeth is proudly backing her Cats.

No matter who wins tonight, one thing’s for sure – East Gippsland is full of passionate supporters, and we love seeing the community come together for the big games.

Good luck to both teams as they battle it out for a spot in the Grand Final!

Today Driving Miss Daisy Lakes Entrance is proud to stand with the autism community as we recognise World Autism Awareness Day! Together, lets spread awareness, promote acceptance and celebrate the diversity of the autism community.


Inclusivity and understanding are at the heart of everything our Daisies do. On this special day, we celebrate the unique talents and contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum.

Our Daisies are all vetted by the Australian Police, First Aid and Friends of Dementia trained, and all hold both a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screen Check, in addition to a Commercial Passenger Vehicle License. They are dedicated to creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

One of the questions we hear from NDIS participants the most is, “I receive NDIS support payments. Can I book Driving Miss Daisy for my journeys?”

Absolutely! If you are an NDIS participant or work with an NDIS support coordinator, you can book Driving Miss Daisy for all your journeys. For your peace of mind, we’ll ensure all the necessary NDIS details are covered so that your trips are eligible under your support payments.
