The position will be causal to start, while this part of our business is growing but will lead to full time work after 6 months for the right person.

About the Job

Depot at Swanbank QLD
Wash facilities on site
Well maintained gear
One truck, one driver
Work in South East Queensland
Primarily Semi-Tipper work, however may include Cement ISO movements or general freight work when raining or other drivers are away (training for this will be provided)

About You

HC licence

We are on the lookout for our next Driver

This position will be on a casual basis to start with and may lead to a full time position for the right person.

ABOUT THE JOB

The position is based out of Swanbank, QLD and will require travel all over QLD and NSW

The position may involve powder tankers, ISO movements or oversize/ general freight work

Early starts and some late finishes will be required

Some overnight trips may be required

ABOUT YOU

HC or MC licence and at least 2 years driving experience

You must be able to drive an 18 speed Eaton (we do not have automatic vehicles)

Basic fatigue management accreditation (highly regarded)

Current heavy vehicle drivers medical

Experience in Powder Tankers or General Freight will be highly regarded but not essential

Ability to complete all daily paperwork from pre-starts to logbooks, to load related paperwork.

Ability to work with others to get the job done safely
