☀️​Killen Trucking Co is seeking two professional, full-time MC Drivers to join our team based in Howlong. We are a safety-focused operation running modern, well-maintained equipment and are looking for reliable operators who take pride in their gear.
​The Role
⭐️​Nature of Work: Predominantly fridge van linehaul with occasional tautliner loads.
⭐️​Operations: Includes changeovers (experience in this is highly beneficial).
⭐️​Run Cycle: Must be capable of being away for the week (overnight/interstate).
⭐️​Compliance: Strict use of EWD (Electronic Work Diaries).
⭐️​Status: 2x Permanent positions with an immediate start available.
🎈​Requirements
🎖​Licence: Valid MC Licence.
🎖​Accreditation: BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) is Essential.
🎖​Medical: Must hold a current Fitness to Drive Medical (Commercial standard).
🏡​Location: Must be located within the Howlong / local region.
🏝​Experience: Strong history with time-slots and navigating capital cities.
🧭​Security: Must provide a current Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).
​Preferred (But Not Essential)
🏗​Forklift Licence (LF).

🚛Fleet Maintenance Coordinator🚛

🧭Role Purpose🧭

Coordinate fleet maintenance to keep vehicles serviced, compliant, and available for operation, using internal and external repairers, and providing hands-on support when required.

🔥What You’ll Do🔥

⭐️Schedule and book servicing and repairs with internal and external repairers as required

⭐️Organise parts required for upcoming work

⭐️Track defects, services, and maintenance records

⭐️Communicate with operations and drivers on vehicle availability

⭐️Provide hands-on maintenance support when required to ensure timely completion of servicing and repairs

🚨What We’re Looking For🚨

🥇Heavy diesel qualified with relevant mechanical experience

🥉Strong organisation and planning skills

🥇Comfortable dealing with workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors

🥈Willing to get on the tools when needed

🥉Basic computer skills and attention to detail
