Product review Vanketo shades

By far the worst experience ever.
1, supplied the wrong product. Nothing fitted. Rather than rush throug the job to keep the customer happy. I was told to wait in line for 8 weeks.
2, after waiting a further 8 weeks not one panel fitted correctly. No apology just a you'll have it in a week.
3, after a further 10 days the product arrived at the Gold Coast factory and still didn't fit.
4, the machinist then said she needed another week to rectify the misfiring shades.
5, 16 weeks on I have shades

6, Vanketo are truly unprofessional and completely unapologetic.
A rating of 1 out of 10 would be generous to say the least.

Good morning, just a note to let you know it is business as usual at Dogs On The Move. However we will be introducing a fuel surcharge effective 16th March.
With our useless leaders sending a stern letter to the fuel suppliers warning against price hikes. They in turn laughed and raised the prices in any case.
On average we pay around $1.85 per litre. Now prices are between $2.45 and $3.35. These prices are obviously on our route.
If people would just stop panic buying the retailers will reduce their prices to compete with other retailers.
In the competitive market of Pet Transport this is a necessary increase to sustain business viability.

The babies travelled well and have not missed a beat in the upheaval, their temperaments are truly delightful. 😍
