PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Ricks Taxis wish to advise we will be closed the entire October Long Weekend
To allow all our team to have a well earned break.

Open until 11pm Friday 2nd October
Closed Saturday 3rd October
Closed Sunday 4th October
Closed Monday 5th October (Public Hol)
Reopen Tuesday 6th October

We thank you all in advance & ask you to please share with any of your family & friends that don’t have social media.

Well I can surely say it’s through sickness & health wishing my beautiful Wifey & true partner in crime a Happy 31st Wedding Anniversary for today.
Also thank you to everyone for all there understanding & well wishes whilst we have both been ill.
We do have both Taxis working today as our Daughter Libby is covering 2nd car this morning before I come on for a few hours later today.

Both Kylie & myself must thank or only driver Arty currently able to work for keeping the town serviced whilst we are both ill.
May we please ask for everyone’s continued patience & understanding whilst we are both working on our recovery.
There will still be only 1 Taxi working again tomorrow Tuesday & we will reevaluate for Wednesday depending on how we are feeling.
Remember for anyone needing to book for a specific time please do so with plenty of notice & because of bookings made this can cause continued waiting periods.
Please understand Arty is doing all the work by himself & must be appreciated for his dedication & commitment.
For the remainder of the week we still have bookings closed for before 8am.
We Thank you all for your continued support & kinds words during these difficult times.

Kylie is also very unwell now so we are down to 1 driver & 1 taxi so please be prepared for waiting periods if you have an appointment we ask you to please contact taxi during 8am to 8pm & make a booking & also be aware that with 1 taxi doing all bookings & jobs this does mean at times when you call there maybe a few jobs before it can get to you due to those bookings.
We ask you to Respect our only Driver able to work & thank you all for your understanding.

So Rick has come down with something worse than the man flu.😷
We ask you to please be patient with our remaining drivers while they service our town.
Please be respectful if at times there may be some wait periods.
We all apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note we will be unable to do any early bookings before 8am until Rick back on deck bookings for tomorrow will still be honoured.

We will advise when able to do early bookings again

We wish to advise at times today Monday 17th August there may be a slight wait as we will be operating only on 1 Taxi as 1 will be in for some repairs.
