We wanted to share something personal that has recently changed our lives in a huge way. 💔
Ky, owner of KAP, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer (NETs). This cancer has spread to his pancreas, liver, lungs, and lymph nodes, and he is now facing the biggest fight of his life.
As many of you know, Ky has always been dedicated to his work, his customers, and providing for his family. Even while dealing with ongoing pain and symptoms, he continued pushing through and showing up every day for as long as he physically could.
Right now, Ky is travelling over 1,000kms for treatment, specialist appointments, and ongoing medical care. The physical, emotional, and financial toll this has taken on our family has been enormous.
Despite everything, Ky is still taking on limited bookings with KAP when he is feeling his absolute best. Working is something he genuinely loves, and keeping some normality during this time means a lot to him. However, there are also days where his health simply won’t allow it, and we ask for patience and understanding as we navigate this journey.
This diagnosis has impacted every part of our lives. With ongoing medical travel, treatment costs, lost income, and trying to support our young family while keeping the business afloat, we are now reaching out for support.
Whether it’s booking in with KAP, sharing this post, donating, or simply sending kind messages — every bit of support means more than words can explain.
