Wherever possible, we offer generous cancellation and rescheduling terms. We just ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can plan ahead and continue supporting all our clients smoothly.

If your booking is part of an NDIS or Aged Care Package, your Daisy can also help confirm any details that need to align with your funding or service agreement.
