A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL for your ongoing support through Cyclone Jasper and it’s aftermath which has been devastating for our entire region.

After having no power and/or water for 12 days, being completely held hostage at the resort with landslides either side of us, its been a trying time for us all. The resort is still here, we are “still queer” and we are reading to receive your support up here in the North, where the sun shines every day!

When a community derived businesses goes through such testing times its not always easy to ask for support but its a necessity to keep our doors open for our family and continue to provide a safe space for ALL.

With roads opening January 20th 2024 and JetStar offering $79 airfairs until March 31st, now is the best time to show your support! Dont forget our long weekend coming up 26th/27th/28th of January, we wanna through a party to say thank you to all for your support!

More good news!

Thanks to the massive efforts of crews who’ve worked tirelessly over the Christmas and New Year period the Captain Cook Highway will reopen between Cairns and Port Douglas at 8am on Saturday 20 January.

Travellers should expect delays and plan their journey which will involve both single and two lane access.

To assist our crews working on the Highway it’s important this route is only used for essential travel at this stage.

Thank you for respecting our workers and please be mindful predicted rainfall might affect road conditions at any time in coming weeks.
