ATTENTION FOR ENQUIRIES & F.A.Q'S PLEASE READ THIS POST

about whether we have availability or are doing such & such area?
this really is impossible to answer with out the following information to reduce the amount of messages per person...

1) Please read information provided on our page*** eg Intro/Bio this includes the suburbs we intend frequenting on about 1-2 hourly rotation.

Bookings will be prioritised.

***OTHER AREAS not listed are being considered subject to availability & GROUP size (larger groups make it viable, sharing our page/service with friends, neighbours, collegues etc.. or those in your area will increasing your chances of us providing you the service ***please gather your numbers 1st***), we are trying to assist those in areas not catered for***
this is why actual pick up address is REQUIRED! eg Wilsons Creek is NOT Mullumbimby!

2) Inbox ONE message (this is where we manage bookings/enquiries).

Please be sure to include in this message the following...
* Your Name
* Number of people
* Actual Pick up address
* Drop off address (actual if not festival)
* Ideal times

We will get back to you A.S.A.P. (usually late evenings)
at this point due to the volume of enquiries we are ONLY communicating with ACTUAL bookings by MOBILE sms/text on their 1st day of collection.

We do understand you may be anxious about securing your transport but please be aware your enquiry for eg SUNDAY is many days away & we may currently be assisting those that are going each day starting TOMORROW...Thursday.
