We’re proud to officially welcome Kean Chaye (KC) Chua to Avcair’s Singapore team, following his recent promotion to Captain.

KC brings an exceptional depth of aviation experience to Avcair. A former airline pilot rated on the Boeing 737, his career also includes distinguished service with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, where he served as a Squadron Commander on the AS332 Super Puma, conducting numerous Search and Rescue missions.

His experience spans both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aviation, having also served as a qualified flight instructor on turboprop aircraft and helicopters.

Today, KC brings that experience to Avcair as one of our skippers on the Bombardier LR60, working alongside our Singapore-based pilots at the forefront of our growing operations across Asia, from executive charter to aeromedical missions throughout the region.

A well-deserved promotion and another important step forward for our Singapore team.

Jasmine joins Avcair as a First Officer on the Bombardier Learjet60, bringing more than two and a half years of experience as a Flight Instructor and Maintenance Coordinator at various companies.

With a strong foundation in multi-engine IFR training, aircraft systems and operational safety, Jasmine brings valuable technical knowledge, instructional experience and a disciplined approach to the flight deck.

Combined with her previous experience in customer service and leadership, she brings strong communication skills, professionalism and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.

In corporate aviation, safety isn’t simply a department or a regulatory requirement. It is the foundation of every flight, every decision, and every mission.

Dan brings more than 16 years of aviation experience, with expertise across Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), CASA regulatory compliance, internal audits and operational safety governance.

Dan will lead Avcair’s Safety and Quality function across our international flight operations, aeromedical, VIP and maintenance activities, strengthening our focus on reporting culture, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Every legacy begins with someone willing to take flight.

For the Cooke family, one that kept it going, was Rolla Cooke.

A Spitfire pilot during the Second World War, Rolla’s life was tragically cut short in a mechanical accident, but the values he lived by never were. His courage, discipline, humility, and commitment to service became the foundation for four generations of aviators.

Today, that legacy lives on through Michael Cooke, CEO of Avcair, and Anthony Cooke, Avcair’s Chief Pilot.

What was imagined in the cockpit of a Spitfire has grown into one of Australia’s most bespoke private aviation companies, delivering executive charter, aircraft management, and life-saving medevac missions with the same unwavering commitment to professionalism and safety.

The aircraft may have changed.

The mission hasn’t.
