✅ Follow a clear process: LOAD → WEIGH → CHECK → RELEASE
✅ Inspect trucks, trailers and equipment
✅ Review fatigue, hydration and personal health
✅ Carry food, water, medication and essential supplies
✅ Know how to recover equipment safely if conditions turn wet
✅ Make sure farmers, loaders and receivers understand their Chain of Responsibility
✅ Have a harvest risk assessment and control plan—and keep records showing your controls are working
