Edwards Coaches is a family-owned business with a fleet of over 50 vehicles in Armidale NSW. Established in 1957, we are the largest bus operator in the New England, proudly providing school, town, charter and long-distance bus and coach services 24 hours a day. Our team are dedicated to ensuring that our valued customers receive the highest standards of safety, service, and reliability on every trip, whether it be a quick minibus pickup from the airport, a school run across our rural area or an extended interstate coach tour.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated receptionist to join our admin team. This is a casual position, with progression to part-time employment. Approximately 30 hours per week.
Duties will include:
- General office duties
- Banking
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Handling bookings and liaising with the school community
- Prepare payroll
- Issuing invoice and payments accordingly
Skills required:
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Experience with MYOB
Applicant must have a current drivers licence.
