Moving forward any transport must be paid for on the day of travel or prior to the day by bank transfer unless given prior approval. Unfortunately it seems to be becoming a regular thing that people aren’t paying until they come back from their holidays and as a small family run business I can’t continue to wait for payment of work performed. Start of a New Year but still dealing with the same issues of people who can’t book their pick ups correctly. Just spent nearly 2 hours at the airport for an international pick up but no one came out. People booked for 1/1/25 off Singapore Airlines but guessing that they actually meant we leave on the 1st but arrive on the 2nd. If you are travelling to different countries you need to be aware of this!!! I can only go by the information provided and charges will still apply in full for these errors.
Oh well they will get invoiced for today and who knows if I can even do tomorrow lol.
