Freight spend has a way of slipping out of control long before it shows up on a report.

It starts with scattered vendor conversations, different rates from different transporters, limited visibility after freight is awarded, and a procurement team that spends more time chasing updates than making decisions.

That is exactly the gap Procure Co is built to close. With one connected system for vendor visibility, market-driven pricing, and fulfilment confidence, enterprises can move from reactive freight buying to structured procurement control.

Compare bids with greater transparency, see what the market is really saying and track ex*****on.
With Procure Co, make procurement decisions with more confidence, not more guesswork.

Because controlling freight spend is about building a system where demand, pricing, ex*****on, and performance finally work together.

When global trade gets disrupted, trucking stops being invisible.

It becomes the system that keeps shelves stocked, factories running, and supply chains moving.

In this conversation with Toufic Kreidieh, Executive Chairman & Co-Founder, BFL Group, for Al Mashhad المشهد, TruKKer Founder & CEO, Gaurav Biswas shares a truth most industries only notice during a crisis: almost everything we use has been touched by a truck.

What started as one dinner-table conversation about seven containers and only four available trucks became a much bigger mission, building a digital freight network for one of the world’s most fragmented industries.

Because freight is never just about moving cargo from A to B. It is about matching demand with reliable capacity, making cross-border ex*****on work across customs, ports, regulators, and thousands of operators.

And when disruption hits, it is about having the infrastructure to adapt fast. That is why TruKKer was built not just as a logistics platform, but as regional freight infrastructure — connecting 1,200+ enterprise shippers with carrier capacity at scale, while continuing to strengthen that engine with a landmark $300 million cross-border facility to support expansion.

The future of freight will belong to companies that combine technology with operational depth, financial strength, and on-ground ex*****on.

Empty shelves usually start with delayed replenishment, not in-store issues.

For retail and FMCG businesses, shelf availability is a movement problem.

When replenishment is delayed, visibility is limited, or the right capacity is not available on time, products do not move when they should. That pressure shows up where it hurts most: on the shelf, in the customer experience, and in lost sales.

That is why better shelf availability starts much earlier, with better logistics. TruKKer helps shippers move full-truck freight with more control through verified carriers, real-time updates from dispatch to delivery, and ex*****on designed to reduce delays across domestic and cross-border movements.

And for industries like FMCG and consumer goods, that control matters. High-volume demand needs consistent movement, not reactive firefighting. TruKKer’s logistics network is built to support speed, scale, and precision where supply chains cannot afford disruption.

You do not really understand a founder from the strategy answers alone.

Sometimes, it is the personal lessons underneath the business that tell you how they build. In this episode of With Loulou, TruKKer Founder & CEO Gaurav Biswas speaks with Loulou Khazen Baz about what it takes to build through uncertainty, lead in a sector most people only notice when it is under pressure, and make hard decisions when the market rewards panic.

Yes, the conversation covers supply chains, the Strait of Hormuz disruption, regional resilience, and why logistics becomes mission-critical in a crisis.

But what stayed was the mindset behind it. Gaurav speaks not just as an operator, but as someone shaped by what he learned from his father and grandfather about building for the long term, staying disciplined with capital, and keeping perspective when the pressure is high.

That is what makes this episode worth listening to. It is a conversation about infrastructure, and about temperament, ownership, and the values that shape real leadership.

A costly freight mistake in the Gulf rarely starts with the truck.

It usually starts much earlier, when a team gets a quote, assumes the scope is clear, and moves before they fully understand what sits behind the number.

That is where delays, surprise charges, clearance issues, and poor routing decisions begin.

Because right now, knowing the rate is only one part of the decision.

You also need to know which corridor is workable, what customs will require, what the quoted scope actually includes, and where responsibility starts and ends once the container lands.

That is exactly why TruKKer created The Gulf’s Freight Playbook.

This carousel gives you a first look at the corridor pricing. Swipe through to see the all-inclusive rates across key land bridge routes and understand how the market is being structured.

And the document goes further than pricing. It brings together the operating detail teams actually need before they commit, from process flows and document checklists to charge logic, liability clauses, and regulatory guidance.

Because in a disrupted market, stability comes from seeing the full picture before you move.

Swipe through the prices. Download the full playbook for the rules behind them.

Today, TruKKer closed a US$300 million cross-border trade receivables securitisation facility with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank as Sole Arranger and Sole Lender.

When we set out to build TruKKer, the thesis was simple: the Middle East and Central Asia deserved a digital backbone for road freight. Tens of thousands of carriers. Hundreds of enterprise shippers. One platform.

What we didn’t fully appreciate at the start was that building the operating layer was only half the job. The other half was building a financing structure that scales with a digital, asset-light business without diluting the team that built it. That’s what this facility represents.

“Equity funds the vision. This facility funds the cycle.”

It’s one of the first multi-jurisdictional, asset-backed securitisations for a high-growth technology business anywhere in the GCC. Non-recourse, Shariah-compliant Murabaha structures across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, harmonised with a conventional facility in Turkey. International securitisation standards executed entirely in the region.

Transitioning from traditional equity funding to structured, non-recourse securitisation requires an institutional-grade technology and financial backbone. ADCB’s structuring capabilities and deep understanding of our operating model made them an ideal partner in designing a bespoke facility that can scale alongside our business.

The legal architecture was equally significant. As Debashis Dey, Partner at White & Case LLP, put it: “Harmonising a securitisation structure across originators based in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey was a complex legal challenge. It sets a model for multi-country originators in the Middle East—proving that bespoke structured credit solutions can successfully unlock institutional capital for fast-growth tech enterprises.”

This is a key inflection point in our journey to build the ‘Uber for Trucks’ for the region while supporting the development of logistics as a core enabler of our economies.

Enormous gratitude to the ADCB team for the conviction and structuring depth. To White & Case and Paul Hastings for the legal architecture. To HSBC for the trustee and account bank infrastructure across jurisdictions. To our equity partners— IFC - International Finance Corporation, Mubadala, ADQ, STV, Investcorp, and others, whose backing made this stage possible. And to every person at TruKKer who’s helped build the platform this facility is built on.

We’re proud to be one of the first. The real measure of success will be who follows.

The next chapter starts now.
