HIRING! - HR AND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the company’s personnel recruitment.
Application employee Visa, Visa renewal, Visa cancellation.
Preparation of Offer Letters, NOCs, Warning Letters etc.
Forming and maintaining employee records.
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Preparing and assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
Perform any other tasks as per business needs assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in computer operation. (MS Office).
Minimum of 2-3 years Experience in a similar position in UAE.
Working proficiency in English.
Knowledge of rules (UAE Labor of laws) and updated regulations.
Advanced organizational and Administration.
PREFERABLY FEMALE AND IMMEDIATE JOINER.
SALARY: AED 5,000/MONTH (ALL INCLUSIVE)
