*LETS FIGHT COVID 19 TOGETHER*
Some business are open because of the economic situation not because its safe to do so.
*1. Mask-up
2. Sanitize or wash your hands with liquid soap frequently
3. Distance yourself physically in public spheres
4. Before you step out of the door, ask yourself if you really have to
5. In supermarkets and other unavoidable public spaces spend as short as time as possible, and ask the people next to you to respect physical distance.
6. Eat well, including all sorts of fruits and veggies. These food contain vitamins and minerals which help your body to fight.
7. Exercise (permissible exercises)
8. Practise good cough etiquette
9. If you develop suggestive symptoms including fever, cough, generalised body weakness, loss of smell/taste etc among others, immediately self-isolate whilst awaiting confirmatory tests.
10. A negative test does not mean you do not have COVID-19. If your symptoms are highly suggestive continue with self-isolation and home remedies.
11. If you start feeling short of breath seek immediate medical attention in designated facilities or call available emergency numbers.
12. Its better to seek advice from well-trained health professionals (nurses, doctors). Some of the advice being circulated is dangerous; some of the suggested concotions can be harmful; you may end up harming yourself more from that than from COVID.
13. Remember, up to 80% or more of people with COVID will be asymptomatic or have mild disease, and will not require any special treatment. Do not waste money on expensive treatments which have not been proven to be beneficial.
