Marketing Controller | Cape Town - Atlantis | ASAP| Market related

Purpose:
Responsible for managing the inbound and outbound marketing distribution to stores. This includes ensuring all marketing samples and products are distributed in a timely manner. The role requires close liaison with the transport department to maintain efficient distribution logistics.

Minimum Job requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
· 2-3 experience in marketing coordination or logistics, preferably within a retail or distribution environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with inventory management and logistics software is a plus.

Responsible for export logistics, the ex*****on of shipping service and compliance documentation activities required for in/out-bound shipping activities

Minimum job requirements:
· Degree or National diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
2-3 years experience in shipping
· 2-3 years in import / custom background and knowledge
· Transportation /Manufacturing industry will be added advantage
· Strong working knowledge of factory/warehouse operations and management
· Understand Chinese will definitely be an adds on but not necessary

Payroll and HR Administrator | Johannesburg | Market Related | Logistics/Transportation

Purpose: For managing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, and handling various HR administrative tasks

Minimum Job Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration.
Advanced experience in using Sage Payroll software is essential.
Strong understanding of South African tax legislation, including but not limited to IRP 5 returns, EMP201 submissions, and tax returns.
Sound knowledge of statutory requirements and labor laws.
Experience in handling employee-related queries regarding payroll and tax matters.

Skills and Competency:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in Payroll, HR, or a related field is preferred.
SARS tax knowledge
Experience with e-filing will be an advantage.
