For the past 4 years, Gary has been a huge part of the Park By The Ports⁠ family. From day one, he showed up with a great attitude, worked hard, cared for our customers, and always represented what PBTP is all about.

This past Saturday, we celebrated Gary as he begins an exciting new chapter in Boston. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re incredibly grateful for everything he gave to our team over the years.
Gary, thank you for the memories, the laughs, the dedication, and the impact you made here. You’ll always be part of the PBTP family.

Our new web-based mobile system lets you:

📱 Request your return shuttle straight from your phone

🚐 See your driver’s GPS in real time

⚡ Get accurate ETA updates — just like rideshare services

How it works:

1️⃣ During check-in, verify your phone number with our staff.

2️⃣ After check-in, you’ll get a text from E-Parking with your ticket number and a special link.

3️⃣ When your trip is over, click the link to request your shuttle and track it live.

This new technology helps us know exactly where our customers and shuttles are, allowing us to serve you more efficiently than ever before.
