This week SFC Strickland (Region D ) and SGT Kelly (Region E) certified eight Region F Officers to use their new Performance-Based Brake Tester. During an inspection, SGT Howard smelled the odor of ma*****na emitting from inside the vehicle. The vehicle was searched, and multiple bags of suspected ma*****na and other illegal drugs were discovered. The two CMV’s pictured were not in possession of the illegal drugs. They are two professional drivers that passed inspection.

Just a bit Heavy! 🙄 This driver knew he was overloaded; he told the officer he didn't think any MCCD would be around to stop him.

The Highway Patrol are issuing fines this week for the smallest offenses! Be legit or get a fine! Drive safe!!!

At more than $5.50 per gallon, the U.S. average for trucking’s primary fuel on May 2 shattered the previous record of $5.25 set shortly after Russia invaded Ukraine earlier this year. Diesel is now $2.37 more per gallon in the U.S. than it was a year ago.
