In these uncertain times please remember this. It is a small business owner that took all the risk and provided opportunities and jobs. It is a small business owner that doesn’t take a paycheck to make sure their employees get paid in lean times. It Is the small business owner that lives the American dream... the dream (and often nightmare) that is the backbone of this country. The small business owner treats their employees as family many times ahead of their own family.
When a small business owner has to let go of staff because there is no money coming in and they still need to put food on the table - it is excruciating- it is a last resort.
