AIA*, a fully-trained architect** is a designer of buildings specializing in residences and light-commercial structures. The focus of Andy's studio is medium to full-scale extensive remodels as well as "100% new construction" build-outs (projects); his practice is also quite comfortable with smaller projects such as "kitchen &
baths" and "curb appeal" makeovers. Born in San Francisco and raised o
n the California's Monterey Peninsula, Andy graduated from Platt College San Diego in 1988 (under J. Spencer Lake AIA) and continued his architectural education and training in the form of an extended fellowship in both La Jolla and San Diego (1987-96) under architects Frederick Liebhardt FAIA, M. Delawie FAIA et al amongst others - establishing Andy Sani Associate AIA in early 2001. He is the father of two and is active within the art and design community of San Diego and California in general.

HISTORY of Andy Sani Associate AIA [ASA AIA]: ASA AIA formed in 1994 as an "'architect' for hire" serving as an adjunct to various firms in need of additional technical and design support. By the year 2000, ASA AIA was evolving into a full-scale design practice with Andy "quarterbacking" a trusted and talented team of consulting engineers, builders, interior designers, artisans and craftsmen - ASA AIA officially came into being, in February of 2001. The consulting and free-lance arm of ASA AIA continues to this day.
