My first ride was in November 2013. My last ride will be November 12th, 2022. The rumors are true. I gave it 9 years of almost every weekend. During the 9 year time-line, I lost a father, a son, 2 grand parents, a driver(Lacey), customers who passed. We also added 2 kids.
The people I have met along this journey have been amazing. People have life changing events. They get married, buy a house, have kids, move to a new location. Or even People that get sober and you never see them again.
The people that worked for me were friends that shared the same vision as me. Get people home safe and make a little extra money doing it. I'm not your boss, I'm your friend that provided a stepping stone to help you and your family with income as you transitioned in between jobs or went to school full time.
As I watch my kids grow, I need to have my weekends back. I need to spend quality time with them and my wife.
I just want to say thank you to all of our customers over the years. The generous customers out there I will not forget you. There are many lifetime friendships gained from being in the taxi business.
To ALL of my drivers. Thank you so much for your help over the years. The dedication to serving the community is appreciated.

I just want to extend my thoughts and prayers to the Smirnov family. It was an honor to have Lacy Smirnov as a driver for me. She loved getting people home safely, and she loved people. She was the type of person that would do anything to help her family, and really just help anyone. When she told me she had been diagnosed with cancer after she found out, I was in such denial. I have had a number personal talks with her about life. She was a friend and a great person. To find out after she is gone, from her family that she thought very highly of me and working for the company, I was blown away. Some people are private about their feelings. You just don't know about people and how they feel about you until their gone. The toughest days are ahead for her friends and family, and she will be remembered in the community for her service to help people. She was a night time angel for many people. Thank you for serving Lacy Smirnov. You will be missed.
