What a special transport opportunity. We had the honor of taking this fine lady to her daughter’s wedding. Rarely does she get out except for medical appointments, let alone visit family members. It was a joy to witness how excited she was on our drive to the wedding and to listen to her talk all about the wedding on the way back to her home.
Her music choice: Stevie Nicks, so Stevie Nicks it was as we enjoyed the fresh air, sunshine, and gorgeous scenery.

What a great day for the Berry Dairy Days Parade in Burlington.
One of Read’s employees from Washington Cedar & Supply, her husband and kids helped hand out candy in the parade. So thankful for their help!
After the parade we drove from Mount Vernon to Sumas, WA to pick up a client to take her to her daughter’s wedding in Blaine, WA.
We had a few hours to kill, so we walked the waterfront in Blaine and waved to Canada, had some fish and chips and then headed back to pick up our client and drive her back to Sumas.
We put some serious miles on the van and some long hours. So happy to accommodate our client to the wedding.
To say we were whooped is not an exaggeration.
We were home late, fed the cat, prepped the coffee pot, brushed teeth and washed the face and beelined for bed.
Chalk that day up to one very productive day!

Burlington met Emily our Way Maker Transportation cheerleader yesterday at the Berry Dairy Days 89th Parade.
We had so many laughs at all the reactions from the crowd, from laughs, gasps, knee slapping laughter, smiles and pointing at her.
Next parade I’d love to strap her to the top of Kricket the van.

We are excited for Berry Dairy Days Parade tomorrow. Emily our mannequin is even excited. She will be in the front passenger seat looking her beautiful self for everyone.
We have a little stockpile of candy to hand out to the crowd.
