However, we encourage those with any other providers to call member services to ask if Non-Emergency medical transportation is a covered benefit. For our clients convenience we will also accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you require assistance please give us a call.

There has been talk around Joplin that KNJ Medical Transportation is out of business. That information is incorrect. While its true that we currently are not doing Medicaid trips we are still doing private pays, hospital discharges and our contract trips. So hang in there until our vacation from Medicaid has ended. We look forward to continuing service in Joplin area for years to come.
