*** EXPANDING AGAIN ***

HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC is on the move once again. Next week we will be opening our newest facility just outside of Birmingham, AL. This is a 175,000 sq ft facility that will provide our client with the space and flexibility they need to continue to grow and be effectively competitive in their market.

This now makes for three new locations for HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC in just 4 months. Some say our growth and trajectory is amazing, some question how we do this, is this sustainable, is this much growth in such a short time a good thing. I say everyone would have to answer these questions on their own, in their own situations.

For Jen Dixon and I, this growth is outstanding. In a short time we have seen our little company in Idaho grow to a reliable and solid partner for several clients across the US. I have spoken on the "Secret to Success" in the past, and while there is no real secret, we all have different business models we follow, concepts of operations, policies and procedures, that we all feel are best to propel our businesses into something bigger. What are these things for you in your business?

For us here HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC, we focus on a few basic concepts, we incorporate them in our everyday decision making processes, and we ensure we partner with other companies and individuals who have a like mindset. We focus on Absolute Honesty, Keeping Our Word, having Integrity as a Foundation, always focusing on the Long-Term Perspective, and unwavering Self-Discipline.

Through these basic concepts and mindsets, we focus on building our reputation not only as individuals but as a company. A strong business reputation is critical, an intangible asset that drives revenue, fosters loyalty, and acts as a trust signal in competitive markets.

***EXPANSION ALERT***

Well it is official, HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC has expanded again, this time to Denton, TX. Just a few months after opening our facility in Reno, NV, and with the help of our outstanding team at Growe 3PL Real Estate, we have taken possession of a 650,000 sq ft facility north of Dallas that will support our partners needs in the region.

After being in business for just over a year, HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC has grown from a single 72,000 sq ft facility in Idaho Falls to over 1 Million sq ft of warehousing space across 4 locations. We now have a foot print in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Texas. As we continue to see exceptional growth and prosperity, we remain focused on what has brought us this far, and that is outstanding customer service, unique and custom solutions and pricing for all of our partners, and most importantly, taking care of our teams every step of the way by creating a culture and work environment that rewards and develops innovation, ingenuity, and growth at every level of the company.

Jen Dixon and I are both humbled and excited at the success we have seen over the past 15 months. While we take the time to reflect and enjoy our successes, we never rest, always looking for the next opportunity to continue our benchmark customer service and custom logistics solution plans for all of our partners.

What secrets do you have for success in your business? I am sure many of us have different view points on what makes us successful, it could be a special product or service you provide, it could be special rates, your location, your team, or a hundred different things that makes your business unique and profitable.

For us here at HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC, it is no secret to our partners, our clients, and our team members what we value the most, that is Strategic Partnerships! We value everyone's position, everyone's opinion, and seek input from everyone before major decisions are made. Everyone looks at situations and opportunities through different lenses. We all have different past experiences, both good and bad, and through these experiences we form our opinions. Valuing these opinions and weighing them against current decision making processes is one of the keys to our success.

HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC has, as of today, been open for 15 months. We are infants in the business world to some, while our team possess decades of experience, often times people judge a business on how long they have been in business. We started in October of 2024 with a 72,000 sq ft building, no clients, 2 employees, and a mountain ahead of us to climb. Signing a three year lease on a 72,000 sq ft building, with no clients, was nerve racking enough, but having absolute faith in ourselves, Jen Dixon and I set our sights on "Doing the Hard Things" that others didn't want to do. It took several months, a lot of adjusting and learning, but we never gave up.

Fast forward to today, we are the US Distribution and Fulfillment provider for several of our clients, we have a 100,000 sq ft facility in Billings, MT that is at 95% capacity, a 265,000 sq ft in Reno, NV that is at 93% capacity, and the big news of the day.........

HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC will be opening our 4th location tomorrow morning. We have acquired, through the help of our amazing team at Growe 3PL Real Estate, a 650,000 sq ft facility in Denton, TX. This now puts us at over 1 Million sq ft of space across four states, in just 15 months. Keep an eye out for new posts coming soon with videos and photos of our new location.

Jen Dixon and I would like to thank everyone who has helped along the way, there has been so many that have played a crucial role in our success. Specifically, I would like to call out our team at Growe 3PL Real Estate, David Moore and Cameron Rogers. A huge shoutout to Mike Mendenhall for his continued faith, support, and the belief he has in us and our capabilities. To all of our family and friends that have pushed us, cheered us along, and supported us in more ways than we can explain. HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC has officially opened our doors in beautiful Reno, NV and we are not wasting any time getting to work. Our team of Logistics Planners and Operators are working phenomenally well with one another and receiving between 30-50 trucks a day, six days a week. They will have our 265,000 sq ft building filled up in no time.

The ability for HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC to move quickly, remain flexible and scalable, and continue to provide outstanding pricing and service to our clients is in large part to our partnership with Growe 3PL Real Estate, our clients themselves, and the core values we have here at HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC. Our values are simple, we place our partnerships, our integrity, and our customer service above and beyond profit, every day. Taking care of our team members, our partners, and our clients means more to us than the bottom line. This is not something we just say, this is something we execute and demonstrate every day.

I made the below post three weeks ago about our partnership with Growe 3PL Real Estate, specifically working with David Moore and Cameron Rogers. When we started negotiations with our client, they originally were looking for 150,000 sq ft in Reno, NV. Since the original post, our client expanded their space demand to 264,000 sq ft. The team at Growe 3PL Real Estate quickly jumped into action and began to canvass the Reno area for the right building. Needless to say we have had a few exciting weeks working reviewing new building locations and leases.

I am happy to announce that within just a few weeks, we have not only secured a 264,000 sq ft facility, but the team at Growe 3PL Real Estate was able to secure us a great rate on this building. Could not ask for better partners in our companies growth. Our Reno, NV facility will be opening this Friday, with our client moving product in next Monday.

Flexibility, a Can-Do attitude, and always looking at ever challenge from a true partnership perspective are essential keys to success in this fast paced and ever changing world.

I have not posted anything in a few weeks, I wanted to hold off on a few updates as some deals have been finalizing. Working with the great team at Growe 3PL Real Estate (David and Cameron), HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC is able to announce another expansion. Within the next few weeks we will be opening a 150,000 sq ft facility in Reno, NV to support one of our clients needs. The speed and flexibility at which we were able to provide locked in pricing, services, and team deployment to the Reno area to support this project could not have been done without David Moore and Cameron Rogers from Growe 3PL Real Estate. They exemplify what a true partnership is all about, we are very glad to have them in our corner.

As Marines, we are taught that doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, is a must. Demanding the highest standards, both ethically and morally, helped drive not only ourselves, but our entire team to success in anything we were tasked with. As a business owner, I find this to be equally true. This is not just a catch phrase or slogan, it is how we must conduct ourselves everyday, in everything we do, in my humble opinion.

"Doing the right thing, in the right way, for the right reason" in business means making ethical and honest decisions that benefit all stakeholders, not just for personal or short-term gain, but because it is the morally correct action. This involves acting with integrity, being transparent, taking accountability, and considering the long-term impact of your choices on customers, employees, and the community. It requires leading with purpose, motivating rather than manipulating, and maintaining character even when it's difficult.

* Doing the right thing
-- Focus on the greater good: Prioritize decisions that are best for the overall company, employees, customers, and community, rather than focusing on personal needs or popularity.
-- Act with integrity: Maintain your character and be honest, even when no one is watching, such as being upfront about a product defect.
-- Make ethical choices: Prioritize fairness and justice in decision-making, even if it means forgoing short-term profits, to maintain the company's integrity and reputation.

On October 17th, we celebrated our 1 Year Anniversary in business. As I look back on our decision to take this journey, as well as the struggles and wins we have experienced over the past year, I am reminded of the term "Leap of Faith".

When Jen Dixon and I decided to begin this journey and start HD Logistics & Warehousing Solutions LLC, we both took a "Leap of Faith" into the unknown. While both of us were very successful and held prominent positions in our former company, we knew we wanted to achieve and offer more.

We wanted to be successful in providing a service that was not being fulfilled in our region, while similar to some companies, we provide specialized service that no one else provides in our region, and we have a great portfolio of clients that we have acquired over the past year.

We also wanted to offer a better work/life balance not only for ourselves, but for our employees. Expressing to them the appreciation we have for them, the value they bring to our company, and to ensure that we do not overload or burn them out.

We started out by finding the largest warehouse we could find, developed a solid business plan (that looks nothing like what we are doing today by the way, haha) and developing partnerships within the community. Some people tell us that we were "crazy" to do what we did, open a 72,000 sq ft logistics and warehousing company, in October, with NO clients, and a very limited budget. Maybe they were right, but here we are 1 year later growing and thriving.

We have had ups and downs along the way, we have had great mentors and partnerships help guide and support us. Mike Mendenhall was and continues to be a HUGE part of our success. Several of our clients, taking their own Leap of Faith and trusting their business to a start-up company shows us that their faith was not in our company, but it was in Jen Dixon and I.

One of the biggest reasons for our success, in my opinion, is the partnership I have with Jen Dixon. Our strengths and weaknesses complement one another, our experiences are somewhat similar, but have enough variations to cover a wide array of skillsets. The balance, the drive, the focus, and the mutual goal of not only wanting to be successful in business, but almost more importantly, to conduct ourselves and our business with moral and ethical values helps us overcome many obstacles.

In the end, overcoming our Leap of Faith and the "craziness" of starting a new company with limited capitol and no clients was conquered by our faith and trust in one another, our support team, our partners, and the knowledge in knowing what we were doing and continue to do is provide valued services to our clients with the highest moral and ethical standards.

I cannot say thank you enough to everyone that has helped us, supported us, and trusted us over the past year. Here is to 1 year successfully in the books, and several years of additional success to come!
