Even on Labor Day, we’re working to help people keep moving! 💙🚲

Another RecoverE E-Bike is going out today — and another one is already being built!

The need continues to grow. We now have 430+ applications for the RecoverE Bikes program, far more than the number of e-bikes we currently have available.

That’s why we’re setting a goal to raise $10,000 to help keep more people moving.

Your support helps provide more than just an e-bike. Donations help cover e-bikes, helmets and safety equipment, GPS technology, insurance, maintenance and repairs, and client success coordination — everything necessary to help our riders stay safe, mobile, and moving forward.

THIS is why RecoverE Bikes exists!!! 💙🚲

A few days ago, we shared how incredible it felt to see two of our clients out in the community riding their e-bikes.

Then we received this comment from one of our riders.

This is the impact of transportation.

A ride to an NA meeting.
A ride to IOP.
A ride to the gym.
A ride to the store.
And soon… a ride to work.

For many of the people we serve, transportation isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a barrier between them and recovery, employment, stability, and independence.

RecoverE Bikes is working to change that.

But the need is much greater than the number of e-bikes we currently have available.

While driving, I spotted two different RecoverE Bikes clients riding their e-bikes.

Seeing progress in motion isn’t just rewarding, it’s a reminder that transportation truly changes lives. 💙🚲

Every mile is another step toward recovery, employment, and independence.

🚲 We’re honored to be featured by Eye On Annapolis!

RecoverE Bikes started with a simple belief:

No one should have to choose between getting to work, getting to treatment, or getting to a recovery meeting because they don’t have transportation.

Today, we’re proud to be recognized for the work we’re doing to remove transportation barriers and create opportunities for individuals throughout Anne Arundel County.

This recognition isn’t just about RecoverE Bikes—it’s about every participant working toward a better future, every referral partner who believes in our mission, every volunteer who has assembled bikes, every donor and sponsor who has invested in our vision, and every supporter who has shared our story.

We’re just getting started.

Our mission is bigger than e-bikes. We’re building a Mobility Success Program that helps people access employment, healthcare, education, recovery support, and the opportunities they deserve.

❌ MYTH: “You guys give away e-bikes.”

✅ REALITY: We provide a Mobility Success Program.

An e-bike is simply the tool.

The real program includes:

Participants use it while enrolled in the program.
