Hey Y'all, it's Molly coming to you semi live from my front porch with a few little tid bits on this wonderful Wednesday morning....Our Sunday hours have changed a little bit for now, we've decided to give our AMAZING crew the opportunity to go to church or spend some time with their families so our new hours of operation on Sunday are 1:00pm to Midnight. You can call Saturday or before to schedule a ride to work/home from work or church and we'll make sure to get you there, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT NO ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS OR NEW ORDERS SUNDAY MORNINGS!!
OUR HOURS OF OPERATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
MONDAY THRU SATURDAY 6AM TO MIDNIGHT & SUNDAY 1PM TO MIDNIGHT, WE WILL NOT TAKE CALLS OUTSIDE OF THOSE HOURS!! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you're needing to schedule a ride, edit a previously placed order, cancel an order or have an inquiry please CALL the taxi line. We usually don't see or always have access to text messages or Facebook Messenger messages. We don't want to miss any of y'all's orders, we do our best to check messages but aren't always able to.

Effective on February 1, we will be enforcing our wait time policy. The first 5 minutes of waiting are free; after that, a wait fee of $5 per 5 minutes will be assessed. Ex: 10 minutes of waiting will be an additional $5, 20 minutes is $15, etc.

We want to be on time for all of our customers, and this means we need to keep everything running smoothly.

Here at Rich’s, safety is our primary concern, both for our customers and our drivers. As a result, we are not taking any new orders tonight. All existing orders will be taken care of.

We want everyone to stay safe, and stay off the roads as much as possible!

The weather this weekend looks interesting to say the least!

Rich will be out running, however, if roads take a turn for the worse, there may be a service charge added. If that’s the case, we will notify all customers when they place an order; no surprises at arrival here!
