Position Overview

Our drivers play a vital role in ensuring clients arrive safely and on time to their destinations. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean vehicle, completing scheduled trips, and strictly following safety procedures to ensure the well-being of every passenger.

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned scheduled trips in a timely manner

Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and family members

Adjust routes as necessary to avoid traffic or road construction

Maintain a clean and professional vehicle

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Valid Class E driver’s license (reimbursement available if needed)

Clean driving record

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems

Minimum of 3 years of driving experience (required)

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities also available)

Pay: Starting at $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, dental insurance, voluntary benefits and 401K

Schedule: Varies; Saturday availability required

Work Location: On the road

Position Overview

The Dispatcher / Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our transportation services running smoothly. This position is responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing trip assignments, auditing documentation, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks to support the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transportation schedules
• Schedule client trips and maintain accurate records
• Audit trip logs, documentation, and driver paperwork for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and management
• Assist with DMV-related tasks such as registrations, paperwork, and compliance
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Prior dispatching, transportation, or office administration experience preferred

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday
