Monday – Friday | Full-Time Position
KCB Transportation LLC is a growing non-emergency medical transportation company proudly serving Wayne, Ontario, and surrounding counties. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to join our team in Newark, NY and help manage daily operations.
Position Overview
The Dispatcher / Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our transportation services running smoothly. This position is responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing trip assignments, auditing documentation, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks to support the continued growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transportation schedules
• Schedule client trips and maintain accurate records
• Audit trip logs, documentation, and driver paperwork for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and management
• Assist with DMV-related tasks such as registrations, paperwork, and compliance
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Prior dispatching, transportation, or office administration experience preferred
Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: Paid holidays and paid vacation
Location: Newark, NY
Work Environment: In-office initially. Hybrid schedule available after training and successful completion of the probationary period.
